PE is the chemical abbreviation for polyethylene. PE board refers to polyethylene board, which is non-toxic and odorless, with a smooth surface, high toughness, tensile strength, corrosion resistance, low-temperature resistance, and good wear resistance. It possesses extremely strong chemical stability. Pure LDPE (high-pressure low-density polyethylene) board is relatively soft, has lower mechanical strength, and a lower melting point, but excellent electrical insulation properties. Pure HDPE (low-pressure high-density polyethylene) board has greater rigidity, higher mechanical strength, and a higher melting point.
