2. Anti-corrosion layer peel strength: circumferentially open a 10mm wide and >100mm long anti-corrosion layer until the pipe body. Then use a spring scale to pull it away at a 90-degree angle to the pipe wall. The pulling speed should not exceed 300mm/min, and the peel strength should be ≥18N/CM.
3. The surface of the anticorrosion layer of the equipment should be smooth, the lap should be uniform, and there should be no long-term bubbles, wrinkles, or damage.
4. Electric spark leak detection: The leak detection speed should not exceed 0.3m/s, and no sparks are considered qualified. The leak detection voltage is determined according to the following formula: When Tc <1mm: V=3294, When Tc ≥1mm: V=7843, Tc is the thickness of the anticorrosion layer, mm.
